If only I had a green thumb! In another life I was a horticulturist. That’s what I constantly tell myself when I fantasize about turning the warehouse into a greenhouse. I mean the temperature is perfect and we have a little room to spare but your girl tends to kill everything (including succulents).
The admission doesn’t halt the need to be surrounded by thriving greenery, mostly fed by designing styled vignettes – you’re welcome 😉
Foliage plants are a staff fav – we love everything from Pilea, Monstera (every kind), Philodendron (especially those that hang), Ficus, and Begonia.
The obsession doesn’t just stop with the plants. Ceramic & metal planters are piled in every corner. Take a peek at how we’ve incorporated them!
With so many options to choose from, deciding on the perfect wedding rentals can be quite the daunting task. Our team is happy to make suggestions based on your individual style. Whether you’re looking to design around farm tables, captain tables, round table, or a mix of all!
One of our most popular chairs, at the moment, is the Sand Louis chairs. We offer them in a standard option as well as cane back.
Yes! Farmhouse tables look great inside as well. Especially, when they are paired with the right chairs and stunning floral. This Luxmore Grande Estate wedding was spot on with all the right elements – including the Emerald Charger!
Monstera is derived from the Latin word for monstrous. It’s comprised of about 50 flowering plants, many with punctuated fenestrations. The team’s favorite Monstera is the swiss cheese plant, formerly known as the Monstera deliciosa. It’s most widely used in our living walls and as accent plants in our tropical or bohemian inspired lounges.
Our top reasons to love the Monstera deliciosa leaves + plants:
Even a novice can care for it – requires low maintenance
It’s a lush statement piece for most any space
Thrives in bright, indirect light
Grows big, fast
Can you spot the Monstera leaves in the Living Wall above? 🙂
We were so thrilled when Cara + Jon reached out about hosting their emerald & gold wedding at Luxmore! In case you don’t know, Cara was actually part of the RW Events team a few years back. So hosting her wedding was such a special treat for us =)
It’s funny, when you work in the wedding industry, you get a good idea of what you want for your own wedding well before it comes to fruition 😉 Cara had always talked about doing emerald & gold wedding colors, and she did just that! She hit the nail on the head with her rock star vendor team and choosing the perfect details for the soiree!
The Reception
Their neutral reception decor looks so stunning at Luxmore, and compliments the bride’s personal style so well; classic + elegant. To mix things up a little, they incorporated a fun combo of traditional rounds with our Wesley Farm Tables. The white floral and ivory linen really make the farm tables and gold accent decor pop!
Pro tip: to be more cost-effective, repurpose items if you can! The couple’s arbor was used for the ceremony and they also used it as a sweetheart table backdrop.
Are you looking to add some LIFE to the party?! {Pun intended} We’ve got the perfect thing… The Living wall. It’s just what you need to add a little extra oomph to your event. Hand crafted by our Styling + Design Team on site, this backdrop is full of lush Tropical greenery, guaranteed to catch your eye.
Unique Photo OP!
Even if you’ve hired a professional photographer, you can bet your bottom dollar that your guests are looking for the perfect lighting and a great spot to snap a few photos . The Living Wall is the perfect addition for your snap savvy guests.
Gotta lounge, but hate the background? No problem! Pop in a few of these walls to hide unsightly things and add a cool backdrop to your lounge area. It’s the perfect place to add the Hashtag for your event.
RW Style is synonymous for chic seating collections at weddings and events. When we introduced vintage pieces to the central Florida market, it was quite the rave!
Well, our couples have spoken, and like us, they wanted something new. In 2019 we started curating a bespoke collection of rattan, natural wood, and jewel tones pieces in bold velvet and chenille fabrics. Making our seating collections the perfect accessory bohemian + modern décor.
Because of this, we’ve created groupings to spark conversation.
Groupings that can be tucked in a corner, placed near the bar, or staged around the dance floor.
The question we’re asked most about the seating collection… What is the difference between a conversation set and a social lounge?
The Conversation Set
A conversation set is an intimate grouping designed for comfort and socializing. The conversation sets include seating for 3-5 guests. Warm and welcoming, it’s the perfect set up to inspire authentic conversations with strangers and friends alike. Oh, and let’s not forget the awesome photo op it presents.
The social lounge is great for mingling and catching up with a group of family, friends, and/or colleagues. We’ll stage a personality driven set full of textures + textiles with seating for up to 10 guests. The social lounge is the perfect backdrop wholesome belly laughs and great conversation.
Yes! You can totally design your own lounge. As a matter of fact, it’s encouraged! Our stylists will work closely with you to select accents + decor to match your aesthetics. Get at us! hello@rw-brands.com
We’re all about satisfying your inner wanderlust! And baaabay bohemian décor checks off every box. The furnishings, accessories, dried floral, potted plants, artistic displays, patterns + textures are a combination of everything we love thrown together in the most stylish vignettes.
Now look, we totally understand there are so many ways to style bohemian style decor: vintage, sophisticated, global, romantic, and tropical are our favs! Which one do you prefer?
Before we even get into the styling aspect, here’s a quick picture of how it looks before we add the styling elements. Boring, right?
Some little styling style thingy's
Let’s drop in some chic planters filled with plants – that are STILL alive!!
Textiles, check!
Let's switch it up!
We used more rattan and natural elements for this look. That vintage bohemian bookshelf was the perfect find!
Shout out to our girl, Ashley Jane Photography, for always putting up with us as we “play” with inventory! You da best 🙂
Style is defined as a distinctive appearance, typically determined by the principles according to which something is designed.
When we started using the term ‘styling’ to describe our design approach, it wasn’t a word widely used to describe the design approach in weddings & events. As of late, the term is being used more and more by wedding professionals.
To us, it’s a whole mood. It’s a design aesthetic that evokes emotion and screams “You see me!”
It’s the environment we create, with the client’s vision & personalities at the forefront. Style is RW Events’ way of transforming spaces into picturesque, photographable vignettes.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic, euro-vintage vibe or an ethnic bohemian vibe… we’ve got ya covered!
The style aesthetic of the event feature was vintage romance. We used an assortment of vintage candelabras, candlesticks, an abundance of LED candles, and classic white floral from our girl, Flowers by Lesley.
Is anyone else ready for fall? We sure are! I mean, it’s not as though the weather changes much in Florida and the palm leaves don’t change colors… but the evenings are a wee-bit cooler! In other words, it’s pumpkin spice season 😉
Fall is also a time of more family gatherings, comfort food, and pretty tablescapes. In speaking of tablescapes…
We’re getting pumped for our tablescape shoot next week. This year we did things a little differently. In the past, we’d work with Flowers by Lesley and Treasury Rentals in some rented warehouse space (with good lighting)… set and reset fifteen to twenty tables. While it was always fun and really creative, we decided to share in the creativity by inviting fellow vendors to design tables using our inventory.
We’re doing this over a span of two days with close to 16 creative teams! Don’t worry… the RW crew is designing a few tables too (that was a lot of rhyming 😉). We’ll design a couple, too!
With fall being a couple of weeks away, we thought it was only fitting to share a little early fall inspiration from our 2018 shoot. In other words, here’s an excuse to look at some pretty floral and tablescapes.
Our girl Emily, with Treasury Rentals always provides the perfect tabletop accessories. The copper chargers and flatware were a perfect addition to the place settings.
When pulling together the color palette, we expressed our love of wild flowers to Flowers by Lesley. Boy, oh boy did she deliver.
Why not throw a little lounge inspiration in to tie together the design?! Our Rusty chairs and Krystle Sofa exudes fall! Wouldn’t you agree?
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think about fall? Is it cozy sweaters + boots, your favorite soup, or maybe spending time with friends and family? Us too! But what comes to mind when you think fall wedding design? We always see the usual – deep reds and burgundy, dahlias, velvet, and so on. Don’t get us wrong – we LOVE these combos, but we also love putting a new twist on the “norm.” And with fall right around the corner, we’ve been dreaming up some fun new ideas!
One of our favorite ways to choose a palette – sourcing the perfect linen! Find the right one, and you can create an entire design around it! We were inspired by BBJ Linen’s Terra Fresco pattern with it’s traditional mix of bridal favorites, blush + light blue, paired with just a hint of eggplant + gold, one of our favorite fall color combos.
Our gold chiavari chairs, a pop of blush in the bridal bouquet, our Annabelle sofa, and just a hint of blush + eggplant in the cake all tie in the colors of the linen. Wooden + neutral elements, like our farm tables and non-traditional “floral”, add a rustic, cozy feel and help make the colors pop!
So what do you think? Would you go for this non-traditional color palette for your fall wedding?
Weddings are often filled with shades of blush, ivory and golds. And while this tried and true color palette screams “wedding,” we’ve been there and done that. We’re ready to mix it up! Playing with bold + bright colors on your wedding day (if done right) can add a “wow” factor that every bride craves!
There are plenty of opportunities to incorporate bold + bright color elements to your day. Add a twist to your seating chart with purple planks hung on a white macramé wall. Once your guests enter your reception, there are a ton of opportunities to make your color statement. Try opting for bold floral choices or colorful stationery to bring in some playful colors.
Pairing bold + bright colors with neutrals is always the way to go! For instance, this table features a soft blue tablecloth complementing the purple napkin and making the gold accents really pop!
Tying it all together
Bring your bold color concept into a seated lounge! Everyone loves a good lounge set; it gives your guests the chance to take a break in between dancing. But a lounge should be more than just some seats, it should add something special to your overall décor. This tropical lounge set uses bright teals and yellows with some tropical greenery to break up the bold color combo, making your guests feel as if they’ve been transported to a tropical paradise!
Whether you’re adding color to something like your linens or tabletop details or you’re incorporating color in a big way, with a seated lounge. Have fun and think outside of the box! Color shouldn’t scare you, but rather empower you to see a world of possibilities.
Let’s be honest, the bar is a key element of the wedding—for you and your guests! Gone are the days of sticking the bar in the corner, hoping it doesn’t sneak up in any photos. Your bar should make a statement and be an extension of the two of you! Whether you’re planning to serve signature drinks, craft beers, or artfully mixed cocktails, we’ve got you covered when it comes to the decor 🙂
What’s your wedding style?
It’s totally fine if you’re not sure! We can definitely assist you with coming up with the right catch phrase – southern chic? Boho? Retro? Whatever it is, we’ve got the little details to create an artful experience tying everything together. Let’s shake things up!
Once you’ve determined the style, think about some fun cocktails or mocktails to feature! Maybe you’re looking to throw it back a bit to a more retro vibe. The Classic Martini and Old Fashioned are a great way to use common bar inclusions with a dressed-up twist. Now all you need is the right bar front, glassware, and details!
I’m not sure about you but we love throwing together style boards for our clients. It’s a quick way for us to explain our understanding of their vision, while showcasing the suggested inventory. Being in sync with our clients and planners is a priority for us.

This dapper couple has a keen eye for style and loves a jewel toned palette as much as we do!
They tied the knot at The Acre Orlando. Curating a bold and colorful lounge in this white space was only fitting. That jewel toned obsession runs deep with our clients, too! Check out this lounge we styled for an Acre bride. She wanted a conversation set in rich hues of black, blue, and green. Naturally, we used touches of gold as an accent while livening the space up with fresh greenery.
Featured inventory, not including the textiles + assortment of styling goodies!
Because we’re always looking for an excuse to create something new!
It typically stems from not being able to find what we need in the marketplace. And sometimes, it’s because we don’t like the options available in the market. For instance, our boredom with the traditional hedge walls prompted us to create something new + needed for our styling clients.
“Re” introducing The Living Wall!
What is the living wall and why was it created? Our owner, Tamuel Cowart, was absolutely sick of the traditional hedge walls. And we couldn’t help but share her sentiments. Traditional hedge walls were overused and didn’t compliment the events styled. In other words, our clients deserved something better. When we sketched out the Living Wall we weren’t sure of the response we’d received. So we tested it on colleagues first at Cypress Grove Estate House.
Quick list of why it’s a staff fav:
Easy to assemble
Fresh foliage allows us to easily fill the gaps
100% customizable
Comes in various sizes
Perfect for a bar, sweetheart table, or lounge backdrop
Oh, how we love the catch phrase eclectic decor. To us, its a collection of unexpected and funky decor. It’s a break from the norm and a mix of bold colors, patterns, and textures! We sourced pottery from a local maker, Thrown by Hand, and found the perfect macrame doilies for the place settings to tie in with the bold artwork and walls at the restaurant.
This intimate affair was hosted at Reyes Mezcaleria!
A little about the venue: Reyes Mezcaleria is a cute and vibrant Mexican restaurant just minutes from Ivanhoe Village. It offers an extensive list of mezcal and tequila with fine Mexican fare in the vibrant North Quarter District of Downtown Orlando. If you’re ever in the area we highly recommend the quac!
Special thanks to our creative partners for making this happen:
The epitome of a table fit for royalty, our Bubba feasting table has enough elegance to elevate any event and the versatility to adapt to any vision or style. As one of the most unique and recognizable pieces in the RW Style inventory, Bubba is always ready to be the center of attention!
Although he may seem daunting because of his size, Bubba is surprisingly adaptable to any seating situation – he can be a showstopping head table for eight or a grand feasting table for twenty. Really want to make a statement? Rent a few Bubba tables to frame your dance floor or rent a few more and use them as reception tables to seat all your wedding guests.
While his size makes him stand out in a crowd, his design is what makes him extraordinary. Although Bubba is the same size as two of our popular Caroline farm tables, his one-of-a-kind pedestal means there’s no seam where two Caroline tables would meet. Since Bubba’s base supports the middle of the table from underneath, there are no table legs for your guests to compete with – meaning you can fit an extra guest on each long side. Now that’s what I call ingenuity!
Rustic, glam, bohemian – Bubba can do it all. Check out these photos of him in action and I’m sure you’ll fall head over heels for him as I did.
Your wedding cake vignette is arguably one of the biggest parts of your event; I mean it has its own photo moment! So why not make your cake unforgettable with some rentals and a touch of style!
There are so many ways to make your wedding cake the star of the show. It could be as simple as renting a unique table or as ornate as creating an entire dessert buffet on display. Adding floral and small décor details can make all the difference.
Where you place your cake on the big day can also help in creating a dramatic statement. If you have a beautiful sweetheart table set-up why not incorporate your cake next to you? Does your venue have a cool and unique area but you don’t know how to utilize it? Your cake may be the perfect answer!
We would love to help with making your wedding cake a memorable moment! Check out the gallery below for some stunning (and delicious) cake vignette inspiration! <3
Be sure to check out our inventory for all the cake vignette options!
Blush wedding palettes are a tried and true trend that does not seem to be going anywhere. However, we do see this color design evolving with new style and ideas being introduced, allowing for blush décor to feel fresh!
Some new takes on the blush wedding we love are;
Modern décor and accents
Shades of pink
The mix of blush and black
Blush and jewel tones
The classic color also lends itself well to a variety of wedding vibes. Below are four popular décor styles.
Bohemian style weddings are the newest bridal trend, and they won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. A bohemian styled event is a perfect theme for the fashion-forward and trendy couple.
A boho wedding is going to incorporate a whimsical style with elements of rustic vibes and bold details. If you are wanting to go modern, some edgy detailing is great too! There’s also a distinction between West Coast Bohemian with a desert-inspired appeal and East Coast which can be more tropical inspired and modern.
Macrame, rattan, velvet, and greenery are just some of the bohemian trends. Farm tables with unique seating options and non-traditional tablescapes are essential for receptions. A lounge with bohemian style furniture and elements can create a laid back and stylish atmosphere. Calligraphy and well-placed signage can also bring in an artistic touch. If you are marrying outdoors, a unique tent such as a Sperry tent or TeePee tent can create a dramatic atmosphere, perfectly complemented with alternative décor and floral details.
Whatever your boho-style leans toward, there are some must-haves across the board, and we have all the items you could need for your Bohemian big day at our warehouse!
One of the things our couples love most about Cypress Grove is the Old Florida feel which is so hard to find anymore, especially in Orlando! Once surrounded by orange groves, we wanted to play into that old Florida citrus plantation feel and use the Estate’s surroundings to complement that aesthetic.
With the sunlight reflecting off gorgeous Lake Jessamine, golden rays project stunning shades of pinks and oranges which we wanted to capture in the showcased floral. The house itself stands beautifully in a crisp white with emerald green shutters to accent so the same palette was used for our linens and candy buffet. We wanted to show our couples the very landscapes they fell in love with could be implemented into their wedding day details.
We focused on rentals that our couples love to see – a unique dessert display, wood elements, and rustic chairs to complement. Our emerald buffet was the perfect accent piece to Florida Candy Buffet’s colorful display. Our Wesley farm tables and matching French Country Chairs added the southern elegance our couples love and paired wonderfully with our linen covered Captain’s tables! Incorporating two table styles adds such a fun design element 😉
We had the pleasure of providing rentals for Victoria & Jonathan’s southern garden inspired wedding, featured on Every Last Detail (head over there to see all the details from this wedding)! The event was hosted at Haus 820, an industrial warehouse for special events – giving this wedding a fun, modern twist!
From the planner: The vast dessert display was set on a vintage ice cream cart and featured a 4 tier, hand-painted cake to match the invitation suite and printed goods. The southern garden wedding was inspired by Victoria’s mother’s Charleston upbringing complete with a flower bucket display. Reminiscent of a flower market, the metal bucket stand filled with florals served as the seating chart for the evening. Small escort cards were connected to each bucket with tiny white flower magnets. The room was filled with romance from the soft blue and pastel tones, twinkling candlelight, crape myrtle trees lining the space, tall greenery centerpieces and an abundance of fluffy blooms throughout. At each place setting an etched charger sat beneath a blue hemstitch napkin wrapped between white dinner plates and mismatched vintage salad plates that tied in beautifully with hints of soft pastels in the blooms.

As essential as a well designed ceremony + reception are, it’s just as necessary for the bridal styling to encompass the overall theme; the look featured in our southern styled shoot is an embodiment of Luxmore Grande Estate!
The beautiful gown from Solutions Bridal Designer House was the perfect fit for the clean and elegant atmosphere of the Estate. The dress and bridal style melded perfectly into the rest of the décor & details. The unique floral print of the dress also brought in a chic and sophisticated new age air to the overall look.
The curated spaces, and details as a whole provided so many gorgeous opportunities for bridal portrait shots. It was hard to pick which ones were our favorites!
It was a culmination of the smaller details that helped breathe life into out southern inspired styled shoot. The soft hues and stationery brought vintage romance, while the fashionable addition of Antonio Milani pumps gave just the right hint of modern edginess.
While big décor items and spaces are important, it is often times the smaller details that can really stand out for a wedding. An intricately crafted wedding invitation suite, a handwritten note, or the perfect shot of your designer bridal shoes are the small things that can make your grand vision a reality!
The cake, provided by Bakers Cottage Cakes, display was inspired by the idea of an old southern home. The antique furniture echoed the welcome set-up and brought a little old world charm. The floral around the cake overflowed and felt like a lush southern garden brought indoors. The shelf accents also played with mixing old and new vibes, and style.
If you know our team, you’re well aware that we LOVE a well designed and thought out reception tablescape – from the linen, to the floral, and all the way to the china + flatware, the RW ladies are all about the aesthetics.
The reception is the perfect opportunity to bring the wedding vision to life, and to make a bold statement guests will never forget!
The Luxmore Grande Estate ballroom was completely transformed for this elaborate reception set-up. All the details capture the theme, melding modern and classic elements all while keeping the traditional and southern character of the estate.
The gorgeous French blue, ivory, and gold palette was a major theme in designing the reception tablescape. The idea was to create a sleek aesthetic while still providing a soft and romantic ambiance.
The patterned napkins contrast beautifully against the solid ivory table linen, while the tall centerpieces create height and add texture. The layered china also mimics the palette by pulling in multiple tones and styles.
The sweetheart table was another beautifully designed space from our southern wedding styled shoot. The design plays off the reception tablescape but also has its own original flare, helping it stand out from the rest.
Mixing an exposed wooden table with linen is always a great way to break up the layout. It also adds diversity to the overall look.
Missed the first two posts from our southern wedding mini-series? Check them out here!
Last week we started a mini-series on a luxurious styled shoot we hosted with rentals + designs fit for a southern belle. In case you missed it, we started off with the first area your guests will see – the welcome station {perfect for featuring a fun welcome beverage or treat and gift + sign-in table}! This week is all about the ceremony space and making it your own.
| CEREMONY AESTHETIC |
This stunning space married the traditional southern wedding with a new age flare! We love the use of the magnolia leaves and other greenery in this unique arch created by Flowers by Lesley. The elegant Gold Louis chairs, from RW Events, had an old world charm that popped against all the greenery on the Luxmore Estate Patio.
Your wedding ceremony is arguably the most important part of the entire event, and the most intimate. Collaborate with your vendors and don’t be afraid to dream up something bold and unique While creating an area that reflects both the bride and groom is important, this space is also a precursor to your reception. The design here is a great way to give your guests a glimpse of what’s to come!
While we have seen Luxmore Grande Estate styled in so many ways, at its core it will always be an elegant southern estate. That is why we are so excited to share to share this stunning modern take on a southern wedding with you!! Over the coming weeks we’ll be breaking down a luxurious styled shoot we hosted and chatting about all the details that make this fit for a southern belle ❤️ We’re starting off with the first thing your guests will see – a welcome station!
Welcoming your guests in style!
We love the soft blues and neutrals used in this color palette for a wedding welcome station. The antique rentals echoed the traditional southern charm, while accents such as the gold geometric vases brought a modern edge. The clean floral also added a sleek finish while still feeling classic.
Putting together a unique and personalized wedding welcome station for guests is a great way to make them feel at home during your event! Your guests are your closest family and friends and they are excited to celebrate with you. So a thoughtful welcome station is the perfect way to greet them!
Have fun with creating your welcome area, and use meaningful details to tie it back into the rest of your décor & theme. Floral accents can play of your bouquets and centerpieces, while accessories can accent your color palette. Personalized touches such as a customized welcome sign can bring the entire space together.
Stay tuned for more details from the reception space, our grand entryway, and a sweet cake display!
We were elated when the creative director of Lush Cosmetics reached out about their convention in Orlando. Being a huge fan of their products made our job easy! The prided themselves in creating handmade, organic products.
Keeping the design in-line with their signature brand, we brought in garden picked wildflowers. They were organically assembled in mason jars.
The final look was a disorderly array of their products. Certainly, in the coolest way possible.
Their team was tasked with testing and learning about the new products. Because of this, we created a relaxed environment to ensure comfort. Hence, the day bed and poufs! Each space was inspired around a signature Lush Cosmetics scent.
The RW Style rental collection offers a vast array of furnishings and accents that instantly elevate the experience of any gathering. So, what’s the difference between rentals and styling?
Rentals :: A rented item comes as is – delivered, placed, and retrieved by our warehouse team. You have complete creative control regarding how the item is used. Styling :: Think of styling as interior design for your event. We handle all of the design details to create a space brimming with personality & pretty.
Let’s use a cake table as an example.
The lovely lady below is Emiline, an antique secretary desk we found in mint condition. She’s the perfect rental piece for a petite cake, especially if the client is interested in vintage furniture.
Here’s where styling comes into play…

We intentionally used stone pots and urns to echo the texture and architecture of the venue. Vintage candlesticks, lush floral arrangements, and a couple of leftover lemons resulted in this lively styled cake table!
